5 Little Indians

Posted in Uncategorized by Cindy on November 30th, 2006 at 10:44 pm

Thanksgiving 2006 was a blast - Sam had fun with his cousins!  Aunt Kim made all the kids Indian outfits, and cousin Kate named all the Indians. Sam’s name was “Baby Cheerio” because she and Kim introduced Sam to his first Cheerio and he loved them!  We were over at Joe and Darcie’s house with the Chiappetta gang and Darcie’s family.

The same weekend, we had the annual Christmas dinner with Bill, Tanya, Matt and Stacey. Of course, the company was fun and the wine delicious. We had our adult gift exchange and kid exchange - but the kids were already in bed.

crazy neighbors

Tonight, Mike and I were looking at old pictures and we came across this one…what do you think, does this look like Sam?  This picture is Mike when he was 8 months old.

Sam is doing really well…crawling all over the place and pulling himself up everywhere. His latest interest is Oliver’s water bowl. He’s such a happy little boy!  And SO fun to be around.  We think he knows how to wave bye-bye to us, but we’re not sure if it’s just a coincidence that everytime we wave he flails!

We’re excited for Christmas - we think he’ll “get” the ripping of wrapping paper.  Tonight we fed him BBQ pulled chicken…and he loved it!  Look at those toofers!!

Sam’s first Halloween

Sam survived his first Halloween!  He went as a bumblebee!  He didn’t mind the outfit, although, the hat and antenae were somewhat of a nuisance. We went over to the neighbors where a lion, Tigger and Thomas the Train were all in our company.

why you cryin'?

Mike took Sam to a couple of houses and then realized if he wasn’t given daddy’s favorite candy, what’s the point?  We think next year will be way more fun!

oh mommy, take this off of me!
